What motivates you to give back to your community?
In running Admiral Property Management and Sales, I’ve become very aware of the need in our community for affordable housing. Witnessing firsthand the challenges individuals and families face in finding a home in today’s competitive market has fueled my motivation to make a positive impact. One of the key factors that drives me to give back is the belief that everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to live.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?
Keep working hard and lean on your friends and family for
support. If you keep going at this rate, next year you will end end up on the Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty list.
What would make New Hampshire more attractive to young professionals?
Affordable housing is paramount to the well-being of our community, especially for young professionals striving to establish themselves. As the principal broker of Admiral Property Management and Sales, I am deeply passionate about creating an environment where landlords can maintain viable investments, tenants can afford comfortable living spaces, and vendors can thrive with consistent work opportunities.
Do you see yourself living and working in New Hampshire at age 55-plus?
I love New Hampshire and I do see myself being a life-long resident of this state. When I am 55-plus, I hope my business Admiral Property Management and Sales and any other ventures I start will have grown to a point that I can live and work anywhere in world. But I will always be back for fall in New Hampshire.
Volunteer activities: Director on the Rochester Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; advisor for Our Place NH; coordinator for the Mat LeFebvre fundraiser of 2021.
Last major achievement: I am the youngest individual to receive a real estate principal broker’s license in the United States at 21 years old.
