Led Zepplin lives on in Get the Led Out show
CONCORD — Well-known Led Zepplin tribute band Get the Led Out will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Capitol Center for the Arts, 44 S. Main St.
From the bombastic and epic, to the folky and mystical, Get The Led Out (GTLO) has captured the essence of the recorded music of Led Zeppelin and brought it to the concert stage. Using the multi-instrumentalists at its disposal, GTLO recreates the songs in all their depth and glory with the studio overdubs that Zeppelin themselves never performed. When you hear three guitars on the album, GTLO delivers three guitarists on stage.
Dubbed by the media as “The American Led Zeppelin,” GTLO focuses on the early years, but also touches on deeper cuts that were seldom heard in concert. GTLO also includes an acoustic set with favorites such as “Tangerine” and “Hey Hey What Can I Do.”
Tickets are $39.25 to $69.25.
